Your quarterly or annual subscription costs will be processed by PayPal who are a
secure, reliable payment processor. We do not take recurring subscription payments
from you. The payment you make is a one off payment and will not be repeated after
any period of time. You may access the members are of the website for the period of
time you have purchased and no longer. Subscriptions last for a set number of
consecutive months and may not be spilt. It is the users responsibility to renew
membership once expired via the members area of the website.

Emailing of selections
Laying-Tips.co.uk does not email it's tips to it's members. All tips may be accessed
online in the members area of the website. This area is available to all paid members
and the tips will be added to the members area by 11.00 pm each day.
If no tips are available for that day it will be clearly shown on the website.

Un subscribing to the email service
Please read our email privacy policy for full details. We do not condone SPAM email
and you can request to have your information removed from our database at any time. Should you wish to stop receiving emails for any reason you can simply click the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email correspondence.

Downtime
Laying-Tips.co.uk is run by humans and the service will be closed for around 5 weeks
per year.
Occasionally we like to go on holiday to spend our winnings so reserve the right to
suspend the service for a period of time. We will never suspend the service for more
than 14 days and we will notify you of suspensions well in advance.
These downtimes are included in the subscription cost so no partial or full
refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy
Laying-Tips.co.uk does not give refunds under any circumstance unless we are unable
to provide services for a continued amount of time that exceeds 14 days. This does
not include downtime for holiday. The 14 day challenge gives all prospective members
access to the service to evaluate the quality of the tips given and the type of bets
placed. Because of this it is deemed that anyone joining the service on a paid
membership has trialed the service for 14 days at a cost of £10.00 and is happy with
the information provided.

Responsible Gambling

either in monetary form or other by following our advice. Gambling is dangerous and all parties partaking in the activity of betting on horse racing should do so only with money
